TERMS OF SERVICE
For Billing
Payment is billed according to payment policy below.
If payment becomes more than 30 days late Speedy Scoop will turn your account over to collections.
For Service
The client understands our ability to provide the service can be dependent on weather conditions, high grass, unraked leaves on the ground which is your own responsibility and other unknown influences.
GENERAL POLICIES
PAYMENT
To make things easier for our clients we have put a new online system in place (STRIPE using Sweep & Go) All of our clients save a card or bank account on file within our client portal after signing up. We are able to bill weekly, biweekly, or monthly after services have been completed. You choose which works best for your family.
SKIP A SCOOP
The client understands that if the client wants to SKIP a scoop day and have us come the week after, they will be charged for the skip day since there will be double the waste for us to clean up the following week.
COMMUNICATION
You will receive notifications via text or email on the day of service when our technicians are on the way and after we have completed the scoop.
HOLIDAYS
If your scoop day lands on a holiday then your clean up will be done either the day before or the day after. You will receive a courtesy TEXT when we are on the way.
UNATTENDED DOGS
We love dogs, but we will not enter a yard if the dog(s) are outside unattended by the owner. This is for our safety.
DISPOSAL
We double bag and dispose of the waste in your trash so there is no smell or spill. If we miss anything in your yard, contact us right away and we will come back within the next 24 hours!
OBSTRUCTIONS
If we can’t see it, we can’t scoop it! If your lawn is overgrown or covered in leaves we cannot ensure a full clean-up. If not maintained, there will be an additional $5 charge per scoop.
If the obstruction (such as tall grass or leaves) has not been corrected by the next scoop and our Field Techs arrive at your property, they will skip the scoop and the client will be invoiced for the visit.
TRAMPOLINES
If there is waste underneath we will NOT crawl under. Please move the trampoline prior to our arrival to ensure that area can be cleaned.
GATES
If you have a gate we will ALWAYS make sure its locked after we leave. Please keep entry accessible to us without obstructions especially in winter time. We will not hop the fence.
WEATHER POLICY
RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS
Scooping will be affected due to the following:
*Rain
*Lightning
*Flooding
*Strong Winds
*Heavy and Active snow
*Heat and Cold Advisory
WINTER POLICY
WINTER MONTHS
If we can see it we can scoop it! During the winter months it is harder to see the smaller poop in the snow. Sometimes some waste cannot be removed due to frozen ground or soupy conditions. As soon as more snow melts and it becomes more visible it will be scooped!
SNOW DAY
If temperatures get below 25 degrees and is actively snowing, a snow day is called to reschedule and you will be promptly notified.
